Sensibilisierung der Teams<\/strong><\/h3>\n

20 Jahre nach der Verabschiedung des Gesetzes vom 11. Februar 2005 \u00fcber die Anerkennung von Menschen mit Behinderungen geht das Engagement f\u00fcr die F\u00f6rderung der Chancengleichheit weiter.<\/p>\n

Bei RAGNI ist dies durch den Platz f\u00fcr konkrete Ma\u00dfnahmen gekennzeichnet, die in unserem Unternehmen durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/strong><\/span><\/a>Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen zielen darauf ab, das Bewusstsein unserer Mitarbeiter zu sch\u00e4rfen und eine integrative Umwelt zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n

In dieser Optik arbeiteten wir zusammen mit dem Verein L’Envol zusammen.<\/strong><\/span><\/a>Die Organisation arbeitet seit 1973 in den Bereichen Sport, Bildung, Kultur und Familienzusammenhalt f\u00fcr Menschen mit geistigen Behinderungen. Begleitet von Virginie Vuolo, Sekret\u00e4rin und Koordinatorin des Vereins, nahmen Awatif, C\u00e9line, Youssef und Jessica das Spiel an und stellten sich dem wohlwollenden Blick des RAGNI-Teams.<\/p>\n

Wir sind sehr stolz darauf, dass dieser Austausch zu spontanen und lebhaften Diskussionen \u00fcber gemeinsame Leidenschaften f\u00fchrte, die mit wunderbaren Botschaften der Toleranz angereichert wurden.<\/p>\n
