We are pleased to announce that the German brand Hess<\/a> is now part of the Groupe Ragni !<\/p>\n

This acquisition strengthens the GROUPE RAGNI’<\/a>s presence in the European and international public lighting market, particularly in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). It also includes the traditional VULKAN brand, whose roots go back to 1898 and make it a pioneer in LED public lighting, road lighting, parking lots, pedestrian zones and public facilities.
\nWith sales of almost 100 million euros forecast for the 2023 financial year, the GROUPE RAGNI<\/a> is expanding rapidly. This acquisition is part of the French group’s strategic vision to consolidate its position as a leader in the public lighting and street furniture sector.<\/p>\n

This union with Hess opens up exciting new prospects for the Group. By integrating the expertise, products and 110 talents of this German industrial flagship, we are taking a major step forward, consolidating our position as a medium-sized company.<\/p>\n
