The first solar installations, completed as early as 2017, are still in operation without requiring any maintenance, a testament to their durability.<\/p>\n<p>The FMCT (Fa\u00e7ade Maritime du Champ Triomphal) has chosen to continue modernizing its public lighting on the &#8220;Baie des Rois&#8221; site, an urban project launched in Libreville in 2021. This initiative aims to harmonize the development of the waterfront and create a contemporary space dedicated to tourism, economic activities, and recreation.<\/p>\n<p>Faced with these challenges, the Group has deployed a multi-brand approach, adapted to the different urban uses of the &#8220;Baie des Rois&#8221; site:<\/p>\n<h3><strong>RAGNI<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>52 <u><a href=\"\/en\/produit\/chic\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CHIC<\/a><\/u> luminaires<\/strong> installed in pedestrian areas and playgrounds, in <strong>3000 K amber<\/strong>, to harmonize the site and reduce environmental impact.<\/li>\n<li><strong>4 <a href=\"\/en\/produit\/alturan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>ALTURAN<\/u><\/a> luminaires<\/strong> around buildings for an architectural design touch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Particular attention was paid to biodiversity, so as not to disturb turtle nesting areas, which are very common in Gabon. At the Baie des Rois site, where there is no beach, the public lighting was designed to keep them away from areas unsuitable for nesting.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.novea-energies.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>NOVEA \u00c9NERGIES<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>10 COMBI TOP 3 solar solutions<\/strong>, scheduled for installation in early June 2026. It includes power reduction (100% then 50%) to limit environmental impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This equipment is in addition to the<strong> 10,000 solar-powered light points<\/strong> previously installed throughout the country, to provide permanent lighting despite power cuts.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_gallery el_id=&#8221;gallery-102676&#8243; type=&#8221;carousel&#8221; medias=&#8221;29884,29888,29892&#8243; carousel_lg=&#8221;1&#8243; carousel_md=&#8221;1&#8243; carousel_sm=&#8221;1&#8243; gutter_size=&#8221;3&#8243; carousel_interval=&#8221;3000&#8243; carousel_navspeed=&#8221;400&#8243; stage_padding=&#8221;0&#8243; single_overlay_opacity=&#8221;50&#8243; single_padding=&#8221;2&#8243; uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;100286&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;675774&#8243;]<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.lec.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LEC<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>30 bespoke spotlights developed for this project<\/strong> on Africa&#8217;s largest wooden footbridge (70 m), 30 of which have already been installed and 4 more to come to improve uniformity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>25 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lec.fr\/en\/product\/luminy-4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>LUMINY 4<\/u><\/a> and 13 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lec.fr\/en\/product\/5681-lima\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>LIMA<\/u><\/a><\/strong>, scheduled for delivery in June 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The whole project enhances the architectural value of the footbridge and the arch of the Baie des Rois pedestrian bridge, an emblematic site in the city.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eco-innov.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>ECO-INNOV<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eco-innov.com\/en\/products\/flexible-solar-bollard-with-led-lighting-head-eco-city35\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>ECO-CITY 35<\/u><\/a><\/strong> on a crosswalk in the test phase, with commissioning scheduled for June 2026.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This light marking system could be extended to the entire bay.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_column_text uncode_shortcode_id=&#8221;223757&#8243;]This project reflects a realistic approach, focused on adapting solutions to local specificities and budget constraints.
