Target 3.1: Provide an average of 10 hours of training per employee per year
Target 3.2: Improve employee satisfaction with internal training (target to be determined following an initial satisfaction assessment)

Target 3.3: Create an Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and conduct the pilot phase by mid-2026

Target 3.6: Improve the accessibility of all GROUPE RAGNI’s websites for people with disabilities, and reach a score equal to or greater than 95/100.

TOWARDS AN ACCESSIBLE COMPANY
Committed to equal opportunities and a more respectful, sustainable industry, RAGNI introduced a Disability and Employment policy in 2024.
This policy is structured around the following 4 key elements:

Companies have a responsibility to identify, prevent, and reduce human rights risks throughout their value chain. With this in mind, we have set up an action plan dedicated to Ethics and Human Rights to reinforce our due diligence approach. This plan is based on five structuring axes: Assess, Integrate, Influence, Improve, and Report.
Through this approach, RAGNI affirms its role as a responsible player and its desire to contribute to a fairer industry, respectful of people and the universal principles of human rights.

Every year, we ask our teams to answer an internal survey to measure the satisfaction index within the company in order to monitor their state of mind and promote happiness in the workplace.
