GROUPE RAGNI is a French family business specialized in the design and lanufacture of public lighting solutions . In recent years, the company hasgrown among the big names in the industry. For 4 generations, the values of creativity, passion and proximity which are part of its DNA push the structure towards wider horizons. The small family business has in fact grown into a group consisting of the parent company RAGNI, of NOVÉA ÉNERGIES based in France and specialized in autonomous solar street lighting and of SEVⓔ, a company with a mission dedicated to providing connected and sustainable solutions to minimize energy consumption in cities and businesses based in France, And since December 2023, the Group has had the honor of welcoming two German benchmark brands: HESSspecializing in high-end lighting fixtures that bring sophistication and design to urban spaces, as well as VULKAN, that, for over 100 years, has been offering functional luminaires with a sober design and proven efficiency, for high-quality, robust and reliable public lighting solutions.

Our strategy

Eager to build a common and ambitious horizon, our strategy is to build a comprehensive offering across the entire value chain of sustainable and rational street lighting, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreements. The opening of an American subsidiary, RAGNI LIGHTING, in the USA in the 2010s, African subsidiaries in Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire in the 2020s, and finally a subsidiary in Panama, all bear witness to our determination to be as close as possible to our local markets and to build lasting business relationships internationally.

NOVÉA ÉNERGIES’ integration (France’s number 1 in autonomous solar street lighting) in 2015 confirms our desire to promote innovative, comprehensive solutions for the street lighting of tomorrow. By listening to public institutions, we conquer new market shares by adapting our offer to the realities of the field. This is how the Ragni Group was born over the years, with the subsidiaries at the heart of an ambitious common future.
