In recent years, the company has become one of the leaders in this sector. In four generations, it has expanded. From a small family business, it has evolved into a group with five brands. Thanks to its in-house skills and controlled industrial production, the group supports local authorities in the renovation of their lighting systems, with the ultimate aim of reducing their bills and their environmental impact. To achieve this, it offers a comprehensive range of networked and solar-powered lighting, as well as intelligent solutions dedicated to water, energy, the environment, mobility, energy and public buildings. Development and commitment
Eager to build a common and ambitious horizon, the strategy that presides over our actions aims to build a complete offer on the entire value chain of sustainable and rational public lighting, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Agreements. L’ouverture d’une filiale américaine, RAGNI LIGHTING, aux USA dans les années 2010, de filiales africaines au Sénégal et en Côte d’Ivoire et l’établissement d’un bureau de liaison au Bénin dans les années 2020, et enfin d’une filiale au Panama, témoigne par ailleurs de notre volonté de nous situer au plus près des territoires et de construire des relations d’affaires pérennes internationally.
NOVÉA ÉNERGIES’ integration (France’s number 1 in autonomous solar street lighting) in 2015 confirms our desire to promote innovative, comprehensive solutions for the street lighting of tomorrow. By listening to public institutions, we conquer new market shares by adapting our offer to the realities of the field. And so, over the years, the GROUPE RAGNI was born, whose subsidiaries are at the heart of an ambitious shared future. By the end of fiscal year 2023, the GROUPE RAGNI records sales of almost 100 million euros. Buoyed by this exponential growth, the company acquires the German brands. Hess and Vulkan in December 2023. Finally, in June 2024, GROUPE RAGNI integrates LEC, an emblematic Lyon-based company specialized in urban lighting (architectural, public buildings, pathways, tunnels, signage, handrails, etc.) using LEDs since 1977. With these acquisitions, the Group strengthens its European footprint and consolidates its leading position in the street lighting and street furniture sector, offering a wide range of products and services.

As a precursor in France and in Europe, Novéa Énergies offers quality products with the best life expectancy and guarantees on the market. A GROUPE RAGNI company since 2015, it combines expertise in solar energy and reliability in the luminaires. Novéa’s know-how has been mastered and developed thanks to a network of partners in every country.
