STRATEGY AND DIALOGUE
As a cornerstone of an organization’s corporate social responsibility, stakeholder dialogue is key to:
- Evaluate and reinforce the relevance of our CSR policy.
- Promote the commitment of our ecosystem.
- Encourage the emergence of ideas that generate shared value.
- Prevent risks by listening carefully to the signals sent by our contacts.
To ensure structured, relevant management of our stakeholders, we use a variety of tools and methodologies. Our stakeholder mapping is revised every year, reflecting the ongoing evolution of our interactions.

RESPONSIBLE PURCHASING
It is through a Responsible Purchasing policy common to all GROUPE RAGNI entities that we work to support the strategic axes of our development.
With this policy we support:
The Group’s structuring, where competitiveness and sustainability go hand in hand
Industrial policy:
creating value and innovation
In this way, we place responsible purchasing at the heart of our sustainability approach.
Our commitments:

Responsibility and ethics

Operational excellence

Positive impact
We also expect our suppliers to respect the following principles:
- Respect for Human rights and Labor Law
- Respect for Environmental Law
- Ethics and anti-corruption
- Operational excellence
GROUPE RAGNI’s ambition is to build sustainable, virtuous relationships with its suppliers in order to improve the entire value chain and act as a lever.
PARTNER ECOSYSTEM
In line with our first statutory commitment, we have entered into a number of strategic partnerships with players in the sustainable city and the night-time environment, in order to make collective progress on issues of mindful lighting design that is more respectful of biodiversity.
The partnership with the École de Design Nantes Atlantique and its City Design Lab is a way for RAGNI to explore new cultures in public lighting and reinvent the way citizens use the night
Discover l’EDNA
We are proud to contribute as an industrial partner to the CEREMA effective research project on the “Design of a system for the visual removal of light sources from a public lighting installation”.

We are supporting RICE Alpes Mercantour and the Mercantour National Park in organizing the French RICE Congress. This partnership, involving both financial and skills sponsorship, is of particular importance to us: we share not only the same territory as RICE (France), but also common commitments to preserving the starry sky and developing tourism that respects the living world, in the service of a region we hold dear.

DIn a spirit of exemplarity and contribution to the fight against light pollution, we have acquired a Ninox sensor for our Cagnes-sur-Mer (France) site and set up a partnership with the Dark Sky Lab consultancy to share the data collected with local players (Métropole Nice Côte d'Azur and RICE Alpes Mercantour).

SOLIDARITY COMMITMENTS
It is also our responsibility to support community initiatives that address social issues. We are proud to help several associations, always with the same desire to build lasting relationships.

We’ve been supporting Louly, l’école au Sénégal (school in Senegal) since 2018, a strong commitment to education and the future of children in the locality of Mbour, near Dakar.

Projet Moteur! boosts young people’s confidence. As a patron partner since 2023, our support is aimed at deploying the association’s actions in the South of France.

A new local partner for RAGNI, the TOTEM Paca association protects terrestrial and marine biodiversity.

Every year, we organize a collection of donations (food, clothing, hygiene products, etc.) to benefit Restos du cœur and Solidarité 06. A way of contributing to solidarity with the underprivileged.

As part of our Disability and Employment policy, every week we welcome people with disabilities to immerse themselves in the world of work and industry.

Team RAGNI never misses an opportunity to work up a sweat. Thanks to our regular support for the EPF Athletics association, we work to spread the values of sport and solidarity in our region and among our employees.

As a founding member of the Fondation Université Côte d’Azur, RAGNI contributes to the promotion of academic excellence in our region.
