Our commitment goes beyond the usual standards: in the industry, becoming a mission-driven company remains a rare undertaking, and one we are proud to claim.
WHAT IS A MISSION-DRIVEN COMPANY?
WHAT IS A MISSION-DRIVEN COMPANY?
Promulgated on May 22, 2019, the PACTE law introduces in France the “Mission-driven company” status based on 3 key elements:
1
A “raison d’être” that aligns with the purpose of their activities beyond the simple pursuit of profit. This purpose may be social or environmental and must contribute to the sustainable development of society.
2
The legal status can also specify the company’s social commitments, with clear, quantifiable objectives.
3
The company’s mission must be monitored by a committee composed of at least one employee and may include an external member. An independent third-party auditor will regularly check that the company is meeting its target objectives
