Our new status as a mission-driven company, adopted on January 31, 2025, embodies our desire to perpetuate the CSR approach initiated some ten years ago.
Our commitment goes beyond the usual standards: in the industry, becoming a mission-driven company is a rare undertaking, and one that we are proud of.
What is a mission-driven company?
What is a mission-driven company?
Promulgated on May 22, 2019, the PACTE Act introduces in France the status of “mission-driven company” based on 3 pillars:
1
In their articles of association, companies can define a “raison d’être” that expresses the purpose of their activities beyond the simple pursuit of profit. This purpose is social or environmental, and must contribute to the sustainable development of society.
2
These bylaws can mention the social commitments that the company will pursue, accompanied by clear, quantifiable objectives.
3
The company’s mission must be monitored by a mission committee made up of at least one company employee, with the possibility of an external member. An independent third-party auditor will regularly verify that the company is meeting its targets.
Mission governance
Our mission is monitored by:
- A mission manager, represented by Charlotte TALEGHANI, RAGNI’s Dialogue and Sustainable Development Manager
- A 7-member mission committee, including one external member
- 4 working groups, each in charge of one of the mission’s pillars
