As an independent family business, Ragni is committed to social, economic and environmental responsibility. For almost 90 years, we have developed close relationships with our stakeholders and put people at the center of our management. At Ragni, we pay the same attention to all our interlocutors, whether they are collaborators, partners, customers or suppliers.

We attach particular importance to internal cohesion and to the well-being of the #TeamRagni, thanks to numerous actions related to work relations and conditions. Ragni takes care of the health of its employees, especially through the implementation of health and safety training at work. A Social and Economic Committee (SSC) has also been set-up to promote social dialogue and to represent employees. Thanks to the deployment of managerial tools, the agility and efficiency of teams is constantly increasing.

Another key element to our success is the long-lasting relationship between Ragni and its clients. In order to remain as close as possible to the needs of each individual, we give particular importance to dialogue and to listening to our clients, thanks to frequent exchanges and the support of our agents in the field.

With a responsible purchasing policy in place since 2020 and a signatory to the Supplier Relations and Responsible Purchasing Charter, we encourage our suppliers to respect the 10 United Nations principles and the fundamental practices of international conventions.
